ABOUT Me

My passion for painting and drawing began as a child, living in the wilderness of the Pacific Northwest of America. My love of fine art only grew and in my 20s I elected to attend a professional art school in Hannover, Germany, where I also worked as a graphic designer. This fuelled my realisation that I needed to return to illustrating the beauty of things that are wild and natural. 
Now living in Perthshire, I am settled in the ancestral land of my family. I instantly fell in love with Scotland's landscapes; the light, the moods, and the emotions evoked; senses reminiscent of my childhood. I now paint scenes captured from every corner of Scotland, expressing wordlessly its timeless beauty.
